KVADRAT is an oldest consulting agency in Minsk and Belarus, with rich experience and robust professional traditions of high quality and fast work. Our history starts in 1995 when the Personnel Division of an elite financial holding would bring together a team of professionals eager for their job and united for the goal – create a modern highly-professional personnel division.
With enough knowledge and experience, in 1996 the Personnel Division would turn into a company –KVADRAT Personnel Agency. This is when we think KVADRAT Personnel Agency was born to turn into KVADRAT Consulting Agency shortly afterwards.
During the first years of work, we have created a unique system of search and selection, a system of assessment adjusted for Belarus, multiple-stage system of selection including mandatory questioning, tests and interviews. At no time at all, KVADRAT made it through to the leaders of the Belarus recruiting market.
Over the past few years, we have actively worked and developed, participated in seminars, lectures, conferences, meetings under the supervision of leading personnel specialists of international caliber.
During the years of work we have forged a long-standing relationship with numerous organizations to search, select and manage personnel, become a member of the Metropolis International Personnel Association, created a unique database of mid-level and senior managerial staff. Our customers include hundreds of companies including those of international caliber.
A separate area of our business activity is functions and meetings with foreign consultants, participation in international forums and conferences for HR agencies, business schools and consultancies. Leading specialists of our company have gone through US, Russian, and Ukrainian recruiting and consulting companies.
In 2002, we started the first in Belarus «No.1 Personnel Management School» which now works well. Hundreds of HR managers now make use of knowledge and technologies obtained as they study
As KVADRAT keeps in constant touch and co-operates with HR community, it is necessary to start an HR club – a centre attracting and keeping professionals talking from across personnel management, a platform for experience exchange and mutual professional enrichment.
From 2003 onwards, KVADRAT provides personnel advice. Our grateful customers trust us personnel management of their companies, including personnel selection and deployment, personnel records management, training and development, assess and attest personnel, improve corporate culture and social policies, and many other things.
From its inception, KVADRAT is involved in training on demand of our corporate customers. Over the past years, in keeping with market needs, a new division has been started – Educational Centre of KVADRAT consultancy whose goal is to provide an enormous range of educational services, hold both open and corporate educational events, lectures, seminars and trainings.
