Regional Recruitment - selection of staff in rare professions and type of management, only in Belarus. We make use of our own methods and many years of successful experience in filling vacancies across different cities of Belarus.  

Stages in Regional Recruitment . 

 

1. Analytical stage. Collection of detailed information about the job.  

     
  • Discuss the Selection Application provisionally. Specify the job description and requirements for the candidate.    
  • Study the region in terms of the job (availability of specialists, competition, level of salaries, etc.).    
  • Advise on and change Customer’s requirements and conditions for the job.    
  • Draft, discuss with the Customer and adopt a Task Specification containing details of the company, job, selection criteria, costs of services, guarantees, search group, etc.
     

Result for the Customer: Identify requirements for the candidate, make the market situation clearer, clarify the order deadlines and costs. Perfect Candidate’s portrait.

 

2. Advice and Search.

  • Plan basic channels of search and techniques of work. 
  • Use KVADRAT’s database for the candidates. 
  • Place ads in mass media, launch advertising campaigns in the Internet and place ads on KVADRAT’s website, etc. 
  • Collect and study information about the candidates.

 Result for the Customer: true information of the labour market situation and required specialists available in the given region.
