BASIC RULES OF HOW TO FILL OUT A QUESTIONNAIRE.
-
Fill the questionnaire out in Russian – it’s a must. If you wish so, you may enter your details into a questionnaire in any foreign language (which will make up a second questionnaire) or, preferably, send us your ready-made CV in a foreign language.
-
The applicants are searched automatically, using selected parameters and CV key words. Therefore, try to provide utmost information, including key words, full names of companies, list of your knowledges and skills, etc.
-
"How to contact you" Section should preferably indicate how to contact you in working hours. One of our fundamentals is strict confidentiality, which is why you may easily tell us your mobile, our experts will find a way to have a chat with you in a comfortable environment for you.
-
Get started by filling out «WORKING RECORD» from the latest job you have had. What is usually interesting for employers is a detailed story of your career over the past ten years. If you have a lengthier working record, please indicate and describe in detail the most important jobs, positions, responsibilities and successes over the last ten years, it is acceptable to chart out other jobs in a moderately brief outline.
-
Date/month or just month of hire and dismissal are mandatory. If your position changed as you were working, list all positions (e.g., manager, head of sales team, etc.). The amount of salary shall be indicated in USD, the proper field shall contain only digits. If you do not wish to indicate the amount of salary, enter 0.
-
«EXTRA INFORMATION» Section should contain the following information: overall working experience in your special area of responsibilities, how many people were under your supervision; all supplementary knowledges and aptitudes which were not listed in the questionnaire before; your readiness to travel regularly, work extra hours; personal qualities, absence of bad habits (smoking, drinking, etc.) and/or any other information you may deem necessary to tell the employer to make sure you succeed in landing the job.
