3. We put together a proposal designating selection deadlines, guarantees, costs of services. 4. We come together to discuss and sign into force a personnel selection agreement. 8. We organize interviews and schedule interviews of the selected candidates for the Customer.
9. The Customer shall select a candidate out of the short-list, and once the candidate turns up to work, shall pay for the services of KVADRAT consultancy.
10. We will keep track of our candidates, feed back from the Customer and the Candidate, keep the candidate well-adapted to the Customer’s company and get him or her to succeed in the probation period.
11. Should the selected employee be dismissed or resign during the warranty period, we shall provide one gratuitous replacemen |
